Een plaats, een boerderij waar ik als kind vaak heb meegeholpen of in de weg gelopen heb.
Maar hun producten zijn top, vooral de asperges nu, uit zuid Limburgse Löss getrokken en dat proef je, een vollere smaak.
Een aanrader.

This must be one of the best places in Maastricht to spend a day or two or more. It is just on the border of Belgium where the soldiers of Napoleon entered to wage war at Maastricht. It is just a short 15 min walk to the city centre, but there are bus stops nearby. This farm produces some of the best asparagus there are. One of my friends has allergic responses to them, but not with these ones. The owners not only have a passion for their farming, but also for their guests. Staying in Maastricht is nice, but talking the short walk back to this B&B, as to wake up in the morning in the middle of farmland, is so much more fun. This is a lovely part of Maastricht and we will be coming back, without a doubt.
