Un superbe accueil de Fleur, aux petits soins pour nous. Ses petits déjeuners sont excellents, et copieux. Je recommande vivement ce lieu, comme hébergement pour visiter la ville d'Amsterdam. L'endroit est calme pour un sommeil réparateur. Enfin les chambres, et toute la maison ont beaucoup de charme. La décoration est agréable à l'œil, et originale, car de nombreux objets, lampes, tableaux,... proviennent de brocantes, plutôt que de magasins standardisés 🙂

We had an excellent stay at Fleur d’Amsterdam and would highly recommend. ||||The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms are spacious, with bathroom en suite. ||||Breakfast was outstanding, and set us up for exploring the city. ||||The location is great; away from busy and noisy tourist areas in a nice residential neighbourhood. The city is easy to get around and Fleur was very helpful in getting us situated. We look forward to our next visit.

From the beginning until the end of our stay in Amsterdam, Fleur went above and beyond the call of duty as our helpful, cheerful, and attentive host. Great communication to assure our safe arrival and transport to her lovely home. Upon arrival, she dropped everything to fully orient us to her city, ready to have us achieve our Amsterdam "bucket list", with enough recommendations to fill a much longer stay. We were thrilled to find that we had arrived during Pride Week and got insider tips on where the best viewing of the festivities would be. Bed and breakfast were exceptional and we almost didn't want to leave the comforts of her home and hospitality to go explore the city. The bed was very comfortable, shower was lovely, and real Dutch breakfast with fresh eggs from her gorgeous chinese chickens! Then espresso and bottomless latte's were enough to make us want to move in. When museum entrance was sold out, Fleur used her personal membership card to help us get reservations. The peace and quiet, the lovely decor, all were far better in person than in the photographs, and made this a true oasis in a very lively city! We could keep writing, and go on and on, as we now feel, we have "family" in Amsterdam. We will return, and hope that one day, Fleur and family will come visit us in Seattle!

My friend and I stayed 3 nights with Fleur and her family. They were all very welcoming and friendly. Lovely atmosphere with chickens and a couple cats around the garden. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day. Our flight was early on our final morning so we took a packed breakfast to the airport. Fleur had plenty of tips and advice of where to visit gave us a map showing where everything was. Only a short walk to tram 9 which took straight to city centre. A wonderful city with marvellous hosts, we would highly recommend Fleur d' Amsterdam for anyone considering a trip to Amsterdam. If we go back we will definitely stay with Fleur again.

Wir schwärmen immer noch von unserer Unterkunft bei Fleur. Sie ist eine unglaublich warmherzige und sympathische Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet und das Frühstück in ihrer wunderschönen Küche ein absoluter Traum. Herzlichen Dank für die vielen Ausflugtipps, die freundliche Bewirtung und den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam. Bis bald!:)

We spent four nights at Fleur d'Amsterdam and found outselves in very comfortable accommodations in a charming house with a lovely garden. Fleur herself is a marvel -- warm, energetic, helpful -- and as other reviews have indicated, quite knowledgeable about Amsterdam and its offerings. ||The room (with bath) is indeed in a house inhabited by Fleur and her family, but we felt entirely comfortable there: Fleur manages to strike a perfect balance between providing guests with their privacy and offering a warm welcome and easy conversation. ||We will happily return!

After a long day and overnight travel to Amsterdam my husband and I arrived at this wonderful bed and breakfast with open arms from Fleur. She was waiting for us, showed us to our room, helped with our luggage and offered us a well needed coffee in her lovely home. We stayed for 2 nights, Sept. 30-Oct. 2. Fleur was helpful with directions to the city center. The tram is a short walk from her lovely home in a quiet delightful neighborhood. She offered suggestions of things to do. I emailed her before our arrival for restaurant suggestions for Indonesian food. She sent me links to 3 restaurants and made the reservation for the one I requested her to do for us. We slept quite well in a very comfortable bed and had access to our private bath. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. If we have the opportunity to visit Amsterdam again or know of family or friends who are planning a trip I highly recommend staying at this bed and breakfast A true delight!

We spent 10 wonderful nights at Fleur d'Amsterdam. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The street was amazingly quiet so at whatever time of the day or night our jet-lag allowed us to fall asleep, the sounds of the City did not keep us awake. They had also thoughtfully laid out some fresh fruit and drinks in each room in case you woke up hungry during the middle of the night. ||||Fleur and Coen prepared a wonderful breakfast for us in the morning. The variety of foods and drinks was well beyond what you would get anywhere else or what you would normally make for yourself. They went well out of their way to accommodate me by purchasing gluten free breakfast foods. I am used to not getting to try unique local foods because finding the GF options simply takes too much time and the GF shops are typically out of the way. At Fleur d'Amsterdam though, I got every uniquely Dutch food I could have dreamed of including GF stroopwafels and GF ontbijtkoeken.||||Fleur's assistance and guidance was invaluable in making dinner reservations, ordering museum cards, buying tram tickets and generally orienting ourselves to the City and its attractions. Our morning conversations were also a great source of insight and knowledge about the City, enhanced our experience and understanding of what we saw.||||I would not hesitate to stay here again. Fleur and Coen made our vacation wonderful and I would suspect they will do the same for all their guests.
